The American Company Twitter, likely to take over the Chinese video making app Tiktok. But it is uncertain if the company would be able to acquire Tiktok, without any hurdles. As on, 6th August, the Trump government has banned the parent company of ByteDance, with the allegation of leaking US data to China, though nothing has been proved. The order will be in effect within 45 days. Other than this, a few days back it was said that Microsoft is planning to acquire the ByteDance. This can certainly prove to be a big hurdle, as Twitter can surely not compete with the giant Software Company like Microsoft.
