Most herbs are “hot” in nature, but the cooling properties of neem helps to soothe the pittadosha produced in the body. It removes wind and phlegm blemishes as well as provides protection to the skin.

Ginger: Ginger has the ability to kill harmful bacteria and viruses for the body. All you have to do is to include ginger in your daily diet and you will notice the positive impact within few days of its consumption. It can also be consumed in raw form and in cooked form. Apart from this, ginger tea can also serve to keep you fresh all day long.

Giloy: In Ayurveda science, Giloy is considered one of the best medicines for the treatment of many types of fever and other physical weaknesses.  Giloy is one of the three nectar plants also known as Amrit , meaning immortal. The medicinal plant is also called Amritavalli or Amrita in Sanskrit.

Tulsi: Tulsi or Basil is also known as queen of herbs. Basil gives our body agility and protects us from various infections. It has also proved its worth to be highly effective in protecting the key organs like heart, liver, skin, kidneys etc. from various diseases.

A cup of basil and ginger tea is said to keeps the body energetic throughout the day. Along with this the decoction of basil and ginger proves to be very beneficial in cleansing the phlegm of the throat.

Amla: as we all know that having Vitamin C rich supplements in our diet is important to keep our immunity stronger. Amla is one of the richest sources of vitamin C. It acts as a strong immunity booster.

Ashvgandha: The name exhibits the “horse smell”, indicating its immense strength and ability to bear its unique scent.  It is a shrub-like plant whose extracts along with the powder of its roots and leaves are used to treat various diseases.
