Turkey‘s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that, they have found biggest ever natural gas reservoir in the Black Sea. This can be considered as one of the biggest discoveries ever, as the amount of gas found is around 320 billion cubic meters. The country is planning to begin the production of the same by the year 2023. The news of the discovery of the natural gas, lead to a decline in the rates of the energy, for Lira it went down by 0.6%, Borsa Istanbul 100 indexes went down to 1.8%. Borsa and Lira gave the index benchmark for the same, but it only led to disappointment over the extent of deposit by the investors.
