The Lancet journal on Friday released that the coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V, that was approved last month by Russia has come by an antibody response with no adverse events in small human trials. In the early-phase non-randomised vaccine trials on 76 people showed the result in two formulations. The vaccine has a good safety profile which was observed for over 42 days. It induced the antibody responses in all the partakers within the time span of 21 days.  According to the researchers the vaccines have induced the T cell response in the bodies of partakers in 28 days. According to researchers the response observed in the bodies of people was safe in both the formulation. The adverse effects of the vaccine included pain at the injection site, headaches, hyperthermia, headache, asthenia, and muscle pain.
