Yet again the social media giant Facebook is about to face a lawsuit. The suit has been filed against it stating that the Instagram platform owned by the Facebook is spying on the users even when they are not using the app actively. The photo sharing app is found to be breaching the privacy on some specific makes of the Apple iPhones. The complaint says that even when users were not using the app, Instagram is accessing the cameras of the user’s phone. Though the company has denied the blame and said that they are facing the bug and it is because of the bug that the data is being accessed and the company is working to fix it.
