On Monday Azeri and ethnic Armenian forces accused each other of launching the new attacks. The attacks took place in and around Nagorno-Karabakh. This has increased the pressure on a humanitarian ceasefire to stop the fight for more than 25 years on the enclave. The ceasefire is meant to allow both Armenian forces and Azerbaijan to exchange the bodies of the prisoners and bodies of all those killed in the two-week fighting over Nagorno-Karabakh. Ankara and Moscow both are under growing their pressure to use their influence in the regions to stop the fight.
