Priyanka Chopra has signed a huge deal with Amazon Prime. She will bring new content to the world. As according to the Varity Report she has signed a “two year multimillion dollar first look television deal” with Amazon.
Priyanka Chopra is going to give some fresh and original content that will be beyond the barrier of language, and will allow knowing more about the different entertainment industry globally.
Rather than this deal, she has three other projects with Amazon. An unscripted series called sangeet and The Richard Madden Show Citadel , she is also co producing and starring in film based on Ma Anand Sheela, assistant to Osho.
According to the publication, Priyanka had a meeting with Amazon studio head Jenifer Salke, that lead to the partnership.
“Priyanka is drawn to exciting original content and characters that can resonate globally. She’s a powerhouse producer, and we are thrilled to collaborate with her for years to come”, Slake told Varity.
Priyanka is also excited for the deal she says:
“My quest really is to be able to tell female stories, work with creators and create cross pollination of storytelling. Amazon is such a great partner to do that because their reach and outlook is so global. My Amazon television deal is global deal, so I can do Hindi language , I can do English language, I can do whatever language I want”.
