HCL Technologies, having the power transfer within the organisation informed that now on wards Shiv Nadar will be serving as the managing director and chief strategy officer for the company, as he has passed his responsibilities to his daughter Roshni Nadar Malhotra. Earlier she had been serving as the CEO and non-executive director for the organisation.
Meanwhile, having a healthy run besides the pandemic, for the June 2020 quarter HCL technologies has registered the rise of 31.7% in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,925 crore. The revenue growth of 8.6 % was registered for the following quarter as the sum increased to Rs 17,841 crore from Rs 16,425 of the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
Expressing his happiness about the performance of the company HCL Technologies President and CEO C Vijayakumar stated, “The adverse conditions during this quarter had an anticipated negative impact on our revenue. I am happy to report that the resilience of our operating model helped us deliver stellar operating margins and cashflows“. He also expressed his confidence for the business in upcoming time stating, “We are seeing a robust demand environment and a strong pipeline which gives us confidence in our growth trajectory going forward“.
